We had lunch here because we could not get a dinner reservation. The food was pretty good, but nothing too spectacular. The atmosphere, however, was awesome! The wait for the food wasn't too long and they bring it out on these carts just like they have in the movie. Each room has a different theme where the attention to detail is just stunning. Next time we're going to try to get dinner reservations because they apparently have a better food selection/quality. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be visiting again.

If you want to come here, be aware that you are paying for experience, not for food. We’ve been here 2 times at dinner, second time we had a waiter Mark, he was outstanding, it was one of the best customer service we received. We love the wine selection, that supposedly is made specifically for this place and you can’t try it anywhere else. The food is good, not excellent, the portions are small. I love my escargot, lobster bisque was very delicious too. I had only one problem with my lamb, it was very very pink, I couldn’t eat that, so the waiter change it and bring me another portion of better cooked. I was very happy about that. Dessert plate has 3 different desserts, grey stuff is delicious 😋 The restaurant itself is very beautiful and you do feel like you are in the beasts castle. And that’s the only place you can meet the Beast and take pictures with him. Do I can say this experience with dinner is worth it!

The location is beautiful with great food. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. There are three unique dining rooms you can sit in, The Grand Ballroom, The Castle Gallery, and The West Wing. The West Wing could be a little scarier for younger kids/toddlers and may be harder for you to see your meal. If you are able to book your reservation 48 hours or more in advance I would recommend order online ahead of time. We always get the reservation the day before and are not able to order ahead. This causes us to wait in a long line to order our meal. This is why I gave it 4 stars. The line to order almost makes me not want to eat at the location. Deserts are good, we've had both the chocolate and lemon cupcake and they were delicious. Thanks had the braised chicken and my wife had the French dip and we both enjoyed them. Our daughter enjoyed the shrimp. We would definitely recommend eating here at least once.

Questions & Answers

No buffet when I visited

Yep

No, the Beast is only there at dinner

2. It's signature dining.

Technically it's under the Beast's Castle. It's the smaller of the two castles and behind Cinderella's Castle.

They have a chef on the premises that can prepare the food anyway you need it. You just have to ask to speak to the chef about dietary restrictions when you are seated.

Have a big purse hide it other wise no they dont!

You may get lucky and find a reservation for breakfast while you are there, as that's what happened for us. But in general, yes, reservations need to be made in advance and they go quickly.

Very casual

Reservations must be made several weeks (and even months) in advance. At noon you can stand in line in case there is space available for lunch (at least that was when I went a few years ago).
